Returns & refunds
- Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full. No need to send it back.
- Lost package? If it's confirmed lost, we reship or refund.
- Changed your mind? Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Digital downloads are non-refundable, but if a file doesn't work we'll fix it or refund you.
