How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every physical order within the United States.
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually processed in 1 to 3 business days, then delivery takes about 7 to 10 business days. You'll get tracking by email when it ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Physical products ship to the US only for now. Digital printables can be bought from anywhere.
Why are items sometimes shipped separately?
Different products can come from different warehouses, so a multi-item order may arrive in more than one package.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send it back.
Can I return something I don't want?
Yes. Our 30-Day Happy Dog Guarantee lets you return unused or gently used items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See Shipping & Returns.
How do digital downloads work?
After checkout you get a download link right away, on the confirmation page and by email. Print at home as many times as you like for personal use.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. All available options are shown at checkout.
Do discounts stack?
One percentage-off offer applies per order (WELCOME10, Buy 2+ save 10%, or Spend $75+ save 15%). Checkout applies the one you qualify for. The free Pet Health Record printable on orders of $35+ is added on top.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of ordering.
